Accountability needed in case of contamination
A group of scientists and academics has written to the Prime Minister of Thailand to ask him not to go ahead with GMO field trials.
EXCERPT: Existing academic literature suggests that while it is unproven that genetically modified seeds are higher yielding, there are causes to be extremely concerned by genetically modified crops' negative ecological, social, health, and economic impact.
